Step 1: Cut the Wood
Cut the wood to size. It's easy if you have a plank with the desired width already. Cut the joints, or don't, and just use screws to fix the pieces together. Drill holes for the piece of metal that will go into the hole of the lever.
Step 2: Top of the Crusher
From the available metal pieces, create the top part of the crusher and fix it onto the lever. This is the hardest step, highly depends on the metal pieces available.
Step 3: Bottom of the Crusher
A grinder was used to make a depression in a metal piece to help with the nut staying in place. The screw will be screwed into the piece from the bottom.
Step 4: The Axle
The axle will hold the lever. It is made from various pieces of metal pipes. The two yellowish are there to hold the lever in the center.
Step 5: Assembly
With all the pieces ready, assemble the nutcracker,
Step 6: Alternative Bottom Crusher
It turned out that larger nuts were too large for the crusher, so an alternative was created. Of course, it was made removable, so the bottom parts can be switched.
